MCM started as a PMCT division and has grown. To better serve churches and religious organisations, we formed Outsource Professional Directors (OPD) Limited to manage operations and services. We maintain a strong partnership with PMCT.

About Vincent Santeng

Vincent Santeng is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School. With over 30 years of international experience, he has worked across Europe, Africa, North America, South America, and Asia, bringing deep expertise in accounting, finance, training, software development, and consultancy.

Vincent worked for years as an investment banker in London, managing trading operations and business analyst teams, while ensuring Basel Accord compliance and regulatory requirements in financial risk management.

Accounting, Taxation and Audit Leadership

Vincent is the CEO and Senior Partner of PMCT Accountants & Consultants, a firm operating in the UK, Germany, and Ghana, offering accounting, audit, and consultancy services.

Vincent’s software development background includes systems architecture and project management. As AFSS founder, he has led projects from specification to testing. Previously, he managed pre-sales teams at a global software house in London.
